This new 3 bedroom pool villa is only 10 minutes drive from Hua Hin town centre. The villa has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace and is ensuite with a bathtub. Outside there is a good size pool, BBQ area, lots of covered terrace space for relaxing outside. The development has 24h security, on site restaurant and shuttle bus service to Hua Hin town centre. Maid service 5 times per week is included half day (4 hours) Tuesday - Saturday ! Option for extra beds, food delivery, massage and car or scooter rental are available through our service team every day at an additional charge. Our service team also provide bookings for local attractions and tours. Personal check in and check out. Come and enjoy Hua Hin with us today ! Swimming Pool Size : 4x9.3x1.5 (W/L/D) The rental price includes electricity for 300 baht pr. night. Usage over will be charged at 6 baht pr. unit extra. Electric meter will be read at check in and check out. In average, a group for this size villa uses about 300 baht per night depending mostly on Air-condition usage. Energy saving is for the sake of our world 🙂 A refundable security deposit is required in cash upon check in. The amount varies based on the length of stay: 1-3 nights: 2,000 THB 4-7 nights: 4,000 THB 8-14 nights: 8,000 THB 15 nights or longer: 15,000 baht The deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.
