This exquisite 3-bedroom pool villa is just a 10-minute drive from Hua Hin town center. It boasts three spacious double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom offers direct terrace access and features an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. Outside, you’ll find a large pool, BBQ and ample covered terrace space perfect for outdoor relaxation. The development includes 24-hour security and a shuttle bus service to Hua Hin town center. Maid service is provided five times per week for half a day (4 hours). Additional services such as extra beds, food delivery, massage, and car or scooter rental are available daily through our service team at an additional charge. Our team also offers bookings for local attractions and tours. We provide personalized check-in and check-out services. Swimming Pool Size: 5x14x1.5 (W/L/D) PLEASE NOTE : The rental price includes electricity for 300 baht pr. night. Usage over will be charged at 6 baht pr. unit extra. Electric meter will be read at check in and check out. In average, a group for this size villa uses about 300 baht per night depending mostly on Air-condition usage. A refundable security deposit is required in cash upon check in. The amount varies based on the length of stay: 1-3 nights: 2,000 THB 4-7 nights: 4,000 THB 8-14 nights: 8,000 THB 15 nights or longer: 15,000 baht The deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.
