The fine print
Reservation working hour is 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Check in is available since 2pm - 7:30 pm. If guest will be late arrive ,they need to make the request upon the property first only. The guest will not be able to enter the property it they did not make the check-in.
Dinner is available for purchase at the accommodation (kitchen opens at 4:30 PM). We offer BBQ pork, chicken, and beef sets. Guests can order and have it delivered to their rooms. Bringing your own drinks or ready-made food is also permitted.
Bringing any fresh ingredients into the accommodation is not permitted, including grilling any other fresh food besides what is included in the BBQ set ordered from the accommodation. Cooking is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of 500-1,000 baht per villa.
Since we only have one cook, guests may have to wait a while for their food. For faster service, you can order food in advance and specify your preferred pickup time. Kitchen closes at 8 PM. Food orders can be placed until 7 PM.
Pets are allowed in select room types only, and advance notice is required.
The pet fee is 500 THB per pet for pets weighing no more than 5 kg. The accommodation provides a pet bed, food bowl, litter pad, and food (for dogs and cats).
Please contact the accommodation to pay the pet deposit and receive the pet policy before your stay.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
