Mookies is owned by the Rakroo Family, original settlers on Koh Mook, and highly respected people here. The Managers are Wan, and her Australian husband, Nick. Wan is a qualified Engineer, and Nick is a qualified Marketing Executive, with experience in 5 star hotel chains such as Park Hyatt and Ramada Renaissance. Their service ethic is second to none and they strive to create a relaxed environment at Mookies. Mookies is most popular with families, travellers, and couples. Nick and Wan have a 6 year old boy, Ben.

Mookies is a peaceful holiday for our guests. Situated 5 minutes walk to the best beach on the island (Farang Beach, sometimes known as Charlie Beach), and nestled in nature, Mookies Bungalows offers air-conditioned (and fan only) bungalows, traditional bamboo bungalows, and even tents for backpackers. All rooms are modern, comfortable, and spacious. The gardens surrounding rooms are immense and beautiful. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay Mookies is perfect for you.
