Paradise Homes Services Ltd was established in 2012. Our office is located at Orchid Paradise Homes where there are 135 villas. 40 to 45 of these are self-catering rental villas that we manage. We have staff at the office every day to check in/out and to/and support you while guests stay with us.

Nice 2 bed, 2 bathroom villa, 1 is en-ensuite. There is no door from the master bedroom and the en-suite bathroom. Fully equipped European kitchen, kitchen island, dining table, seating group, 55" smart TV, highest speed wifi, TV box from 3BB, all rooms have air-conditioning, outside seating, and dining area with a roof fan, sunbeds, 8x3m saltwater pool, garden, outdoor shower, washing machine and parking for 1 car. All houses have an information folder with wifi name, password, contact details, emergency numbers, and most of the information you need for your stay. On arrival, there are some free drinks in the fridge. The Villa is located in a nice development called Orchid Paradise Homes which is 5 km from the famous Black Mountain golf course, and water & wake park in Hua Hin. Orchid Paradise Homes has a common area with a restaurant/bar, a common pool area with its own pool section for children, a dart, and a 9" pool table. We have a BBQ buffet with live music every Friday in the high season. There is 24-hour security on the premises. Orchid Paradise Homes is around 5 km or 10 -15 min drive from Hua Hin city. To find the exact location of house 429 simply copy the Google Plus code into Google map: HWP7+P97 Hin Lek Fai, Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan The guest can access all parts of Orchid Paradise Homes common areas and you will be able to enjoy the entire place with all the privacy you need. We are at Orchid Paradise Homes daily and our office is located next to entrance 4. Office hour is 08:30 - 16:30 on weekdays and 09:00 - 15:00 on weekends but if urgent issues we are always available on the phone.

There are many golf courses, 2 water parks, a fishing lodge, temples, local food markets, 2 elephant parks, shopping centers, a night market, a morning market, restaurants, bars, an artist village, some local shops within walking distance from your house, beaches, city center, train station, 7/11, Tesco, Tops Daily, Big C, food courts, massage, etc within 2-30 min drive from us. Only a call away and the Tuk Tuk or taxi will bring you anywhere. Phone numbers are on the front page of the information folder. The price to the city and beach is 200THB (2023 / up to 8 km).
