Relocating to Koh Samui from Cirencester, UK, in 2005, David's love affair with Thailand began in 1990, with Koh Samui emerging as his favoured destination. Motivated by the prospect of a new business venture, he made the bold decision to establish a thriving rental enterprise on the island. With a background in Cirencester's flooring business, coupled with extensive involvement in property development and rental, David's passion for creating diverse properties flourished in the UK. Seeking a fresh challenge, the allure of Koh Samui became irresistible. Since his move, David has successfully crafted 15 properties, including 11 luxurious villas available for rental. Ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, each villa boasts its own private swimming pool, with four offering breathtaking ocean views, all designed in unique and tropical styles. Notably, our flagship Villa Moonstone, a source of great pride, reached completion in January 2020. Navigating the complexities of villa development in a culturally diverse environment has presented intriguing challenges for David, but the rewards have surpassed expectations. The process has allowed him to push the boundaries of creativity and inspiration, resulting in a portfolio of remarkable properties. The exquisite 4 en-suite Bedroom Villa has a large 8mtr x 5mtr private salt water swimming pool, complete with jetted plunge pool with seating area, spacious Living/Dining area, fully equipped Kitchen and Garden Lounge with attached Yoga/Meditation and Massage room. The Villa, positioned within attractive walled boundary, is for up to 8 guests, Palm View Villa completed a beautiful upgrade and refurbishment in a tasteful style. Palm View is a well designed split-level villa. The first level has three spacious double Bedrooms en-suite, two Bedrooms step out through French double doors to the lovely, large salt water swimming pool and decking. Bedroom 3 has its own balcony with table and chairs, overlooking the coconut plantation. The spacious Living/Dining area and Kitchen with balconies also look out to the swimming pool area. The lower level comprises spacious fourth Bedroom en suite, with its own private terraced garden, table, chairs and parasol. On the Lower floor, is the Garden Lounge with large coffee table and sofas with seating up to 8 persons with also attached Yoga/Meditation and Massage room. Lotus pond, with turtles and lush green surrounding tropical garden. Utility room with washing machine, iron etc also provided. Built-in gas BBQ for guests to enjoy alongside by the poolside, where it is beautifully lit at evening time. The open plan interior opens out through French doors to the pool side and decking area, where there are sunbeds, tables and chairs, sun parasols. The floors and bathroom walls throughout the main Villa have all been newly decorated and tiled. Sorry, no all male groups.

Nearest beach to Palm View Villa is Bang Chuet Bay, 700 mtrs and less than 10 min walk. An attractive Bay with fantastic restaurants and many water sports. The Bay is not commercialised and provides a local charm and beauty. Baan Hua Thanon, a small and attractive fishing village, is just 700 mtrs in the other direction from the villa. It has a daily market that sells fresh fish, fruit and vegetables, together with interesting local shops, doctor's surgery, fine restaurants, cafes and Chinese Temple. Lamai, only 5 min drive, has a beautiful large, expansive beach and many facilities to enjoy. We provide a run around Toyota Avanza automatic CAR for your use within your villa rental. This 2-wheel-drive car is perfect for exploring Samui’s beaches, towns, and villages. It is not powerful enough to reach certain steep hilly locations, including scenic view restaurants such as Jungle Club, Cacoon and Giant Summit Restaurant, and also Attractions like Magic Garden, Big Stone Hands, Paradise Park Farm, Overlook Stone and all zipline adventure parks. For these Attractions there are organised Tours available. All our cars are insured, with the guest being responsible, and limited, for the first 20,000 Baht of any damage. (No insurance on mopeds where the guest pays for any damage incurred). It is the guest's responsibility to ensure that they also have their own comprehensive Travel & Health Insurance, and appropriate driving documentation for Thailand. No 'off-roading' or driving in harsh terrain. The complimentary car is not to be driven off the island. All our vehicles will have a full tank of petrol for you. Please ensure you return the vehicle at the end of your stay with a full tank. Lotus's Superstore and also the large food supermarket, Makro, both located in Lamai, are 12 min drive from the villa. You will also find many 24 hour smaller convenience stores of 7-Eleven on the island. Nowhere on the island is more than 45 minutes drive away.
