To reach the property, a compulsory boat transfer needs to be arranged with an additional fee at THB 1,100 net per person per way for a join-in speedboat transfer from and to the resort pier.

As the resort operates the join-in speedboat transfer with a fixed schedule, all boat reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival due to space limitations; otherwise, seats will be unavailable. Kindly contact the property at least 24 hours prior to arrival date for more details of the boat schedule and for transfer arrangements. Any request for the speedboat transfer apart from the resort’s joint speedboat schedule will be charged as a private transfer.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For bookings made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

Guests are required to inform the hotel of the exact number of accompanying persons in their party prior to arrival.

Please note that the beach at the property is a public beach. Guests should be informed that during public holidays and holiday seasons, visitor numbers can increase significantly.

Please be informed that the hotel is not permitted to place sun loungers or umbrellas directly on the beach. However, guests can enjoy sun loungers at the pool next to Railay Beach and at The Umbrella Tree Court overlooking Phranang Beach.

Join in Krabi Airport van transfer is available at THB 1,413 net per person per way.

Rates on 31 December include a compulsory New Year's Eve gala dinner for 2 people in one-bedroom Pavilions and for 4 people in two-bedroom Pavilions and two-bedroom Villas. The hotel will charge an additional person for the compulsory New Year's Eve gala dinner.

Note on Boat Transfers: Starting May 1, 2026, complimentary shared speedboat transfers to and from the resort pier are included on a fixed schedule. Advance reservation is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Without an advance booking, transfers will not be arranged, and a private transfer will incur an extra charge. Transfers to/from Krabi Airport are not included and will incur an additional fee.

Please note that renovation work of the swimming pools and the tennis court will be carried out daily from 08:30 to 17:00 on the following dates:

- New Swimming Pool: From 20 April 2026 to 30 August 2026.

- Tennis Court: From 1 September 2026 to 31 October 2026.

- Main Swimming Pool: From 31 August 2026 to 20 October 2026.

Guests may experience some noise during the renovation periods.
