Only 10-15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to any attractions and entertainment places. + You will not have any problems with communication, all staff is fluent in Russian and English. + Transfer from the airport, regular cleaning, the ability to call a nanny, a personal chef, a yoga instructor. + Lack of a minimum rental period - you can stay in the villa even for 2 days. + Own well. Water without restriction (imported in other places, and to wash it will be necessary to pay money at home) + To the sea 22 meters! + You can always swim - two pools, suitable for both the smallest and the largest) + The best and cleanest private beach on the whole island of Koh Samui! As a bonus: fruits and surprises for each guest! Electricity is paid separately - currently the cost of 1 kW is 10 baht. There is also an insurance premium of 20,000 baht payable upon arrival. The villa is located in one of the best areas of Koh Samui - Chong Mon in a small bay TongSang Bay. This is a large guarded complex of luxury villas, where Sun Art Villa takes the very first place by the beach (from the villa’s door to the beach 20 meters, to the sea 22 meters). The villa has a main two-story house and a guest house. Forever green garden.
