Samui Sunrise 24 is a contemporary Condominium apartment with its own private garden perfect for short or long stays. holiday. With the upmarket Choeng Mon beach only a leisurely 3 minute walk away, guests can look forward to long and lazy days on the sand drinking cocktails and receiving massages while listening to the sounds of the waves rolling in. Recently built, the architecturally designed 1 bedroom 1bathroom garden Condo situated in the prestigious Horizon Residence. The Condo offers guests 24 hour security, large pool on your doorstep, perfect for drinks after a day in the sun. The Condo includes a 56" LED TV in the living room, 43" TV in the bedroom, Cable TV Channels, together with air conditioning, outdoor terrace, private garden and Wi-Fi. Everything you need for a self-catered holiday! Our staff can assist with all your needs including car/bike hire enquiries restaurant recommendations and any island must see sightseeing. Housekeeping is provided and airport transfers via our English speaking staff are available. The total privacy of having your own tranquil gardens.

Leonie and Barton Walsh from Sydney Australia decided to purchase a villa in Koh Samui Thailand after extensive travel throughout SE Asia found them in Koh Samui. After numerous visits to the island, they decided to invest in the villa and continue to travel there several times a year,their home away from home. Koh Samui was chosen for its relaxed pace, great people and fantastic food and shopping. We purchased the property due to the location and the close proximity to the beautiful Choeng Mon beach. Shops and great restaurants are never far away and the value is amazing. We have holidayed many times on Koh Samui and have found Choeng Mon the best. The people are incredibly freindly and if you can tear yourself away from the total relaxation of your tranquil private paradise, the white sands of Choeng Mon Beach and views are breathtaking!

Choeng Mon beach is one of the most beautiful on the island. The area has many local restaurants within walking distance of the villa or a short motor bike ride away and the convenience of both 7-11's or Tops Daily stores for all those food & beverage needs
