Hi, I’m Kevin (28) — your host. I’ve been in the hosting business for over 3 years and I genuinely love creating cozy, beautiful spaces where people can truly feel at home. I’m half Thai, half German, and I speak English, Thai, and German - so if you speak one of these languages communication should be easy. I’m a nature person at heart: I love gardening, building green spaces, and spending time outdoors. You’ll usually find me working nearby at our organic cannabis farm, KD Genetics (cannabis is legal in Thailand) and if you like weed or are simply curious, you’re more than welcome to check it out. I’m also very active and love movement — I used to play football professionally and I train Muay Thai. Looking forward to hosting you and helping you have an amazing time on Koh Tao.
The house is located in a very calm and laid back area of Koh Tao, in Tanote Bay. I really love it here as it combines a nice and large beach, with good opportunities for snorkeling and diving as well as cliff jumping from the famous rock in the center of the bay. The house is located a few hundred meters away from the sea up the hill and you can walk to the beach in just a few minutes. It is surrounded by a green garden and forest and offers a nice and peaceful view on to the sea. For an even better view, check out the rock on my property a bit further up the hill or the many viewpoints on the quite mountainous island.
