Featuring beautifully maintained landscaped grounds, Soleil d'Asie Residence is your perfect extended stay holiday home on the tropical island of Koh Samui. The Residence features just 8 family-friendly holiday rental units within its semi-attached 3-story buildings surrounding the lush courtyard and outdoor pool. All apartments have either a terrace or a balcony with a view over the pool, the garden and the surrounding hills. Our family residences blend Thai style furnishings with modern amenities and are designed to make you feel like you are home. Live-in staff provide 24 hour security. Two restaurants are located next door to us. The beautiful Chaweng Noi beach and the main road of the island are just 5 minutes walk away.

Neighborhood info

We are located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac street surrounded by other villas and accommodations, yet just a short 5 minute walk down to the island's main road and the Chaweng Noi beach. Restaurants and motorbike (scooter) rental are located next door to us. The island's two main towns of Chaweng and Lamai are each just 10 minutes drive away.
