The fine print
Sunshine Residence provides free one-way transfer service from Thongsala Pier to the resort for guests staying 7 nights or more. The service is also available with an additional charge to all guests (staying less than 7 nights). To make use of this service, guests are required to notify the resort manager in advance with arrival details.
Please note that guests must provide their travel details (boat company and estimated arrival time) to the property at least 24-hours in advanced to arrange the check-in.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Sunshine Residence of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of THB 6,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
