Welcome to The Beach Residence, located in the beautiful area of Plai Laem overlooking the stunning Thongson Bay Beach. Our property offers four units that are available for both short-term and long-term rental, each featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and breathtaking sea views. Plus, our private path directly to the beach, it's just a quick and easy 5-minute walk to enjoy the beach. There are 4 units: 2x 3 bedroom villa 1x 2 bedroom apartment unit 1x 1 bedroom apartment Please note they all units has supreme sea view. The Beach Residence is situated in a fantastic neighborhood in Plai Laem, located right in between two of the most prestigious resorts in the area - the Ritz Carlton and the Six Senses. The neighborhood is known for its natural beauty, with stunning beaches just a short walk away from your doorstep. The neighborhood is only 10 minutes by car from all the biggest attractions in Koh Samui and to say the least some of the best restaurants.

- We can offer a convenient transportation service through a trusted taxi company, providing you with the option of airport pickup at a lower cost compared to standard airport taxis. Upon arrival, a designated driver will be waiting for you at the (meeting point) holding a sign with your name for easy identification. By opting for our service, you'll not only save time by bypassing the airport taxi queue but also enjoy cost savings. If you would like this service please you flight information and we will ask the taxi company how much it will be and let you know.

- If you need to rent bike or car we also use a good rental company who delivers the bikes and cars straight to the residence, so that makes it very easy and convenient for the guest upon arrival.

Additionally, please be advised that our room rates do not include an electrical usage fee which is completely standard in Thailand when renting apartments. This fee is calculated at 10 THB per unit yard and will be charged accordingly.
