It offers a panoramic view on the forest and the sea with all the nuances of colors. This location is unique if you love sunsets with their 50 shades of colours from 5 to 6.30pm. Take your time like us, drink a glass of Champagne or a delicious natural fruit juice and just look at the sun going down into the thailand sea. It's just magic. When you love this paradise island, like us, you cannot forget the respect of our environment. We respect the nature and the preservation of the natural ressources (water, vegetation...). All the water is collected from the rain and re-used partially for the garden with new trees, plants, and flowers we like. Our staff is very friendly and helpfull but if they cannot understand your request, please feel free to contact us and we will answer you quickly.

The Haad Yao area is the spot in Koh Phangan where many people want to stay. In fact, it is a quiet residential area, offering a direct access to the most beautiful beaches of the island as Haad Yao and Secret beach. There are lots of , accomadations and also not far from pier, malls and nightlife places. This location of the villa is also unique because nothing cannot obscurred the dreaming view between the villa and the sea; The plot is more than 1800 sqm with 2 parkings for cars and motobikes with a concrete road access and offered is lined by the jungle with many coconut palms. The Haad Yao village with mini-market, pharmacy, restaurants and shops is only 5 mn by walk. We can organize for you a private taxi service to facilitate your transportation during your stay.

The Management of the Dreaming View Villa is pleased to welcome you at the Thongsala pier and organize your transfer to the villa.

In order to ensure the best service, guests are required to notify in advance their arrival travel details to the Management of the villa.

Note that in request we can organize for guests a VIP transfer from samui airport to the villa (private taxis, speedboat and characteristic Thai pier) with extra fees. Please kindly inform the property Manager if you wish to make use of the service. Of course,the same service will be available from the villa to Samui airport.

All guests are required to sign the villa terms and conditions upon check in.

A villa inventory will be established between guests and the villa management. This inventory will be reviewed upon the checkout. Please plan enough time to do it before your departure time.
