For fire safety reasons, the use of fireworks or sky lanterns on site are strictly prohibited. Guests are required to wash dishes and clean up the garbage prior to departure. In case leaving the house dirty, there will be an additional charge of 1,000 THB. Except for the agreed number of people, Bringing third parties into the house is not allowed. If friends or outsiders come to the party, but not stay, there will be an additional charge of 150 THB per person. In case of vomiting in the swimming pool or for any areas that causes the swimming pool to be cleaned again, a fine of 5,000 THB will be charged.
