Aquablue is a very large villa built on concrete stilts over the ocean in Old Town. At 35 meters long it is built almost entirely over the ocean, with a total floorspace of approximately 200 square meters, perfect for a family or group of friends. It features a large outdoor living space, indoor living area, four bathrooms and three double bedrooms. There’s a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with oven, gas stove, microwave, and all kitchen utensils and plates you would expect from a home-from-home! The 3 sizable bedrooms all have modern en-suite bathrooms, king-sized beds, air-con and small private balconies. The back deck is the perfect place to take in the picturesque seascapes with tropical karst islands and fishing boats scattered across the horizon looking out over to the eastern islands and beyond to Trang, great for those sunset and sunrise photos! There is a private covered parking area at the front of the property with ample space for a car and/ or motorbikes. Please note smoking is permitted ONLY in the outside areas.

The villa is located in popular residential area in Old Town, Koh Lanta where a mixture of Thai and Western families live. All the houses are very unique, being built over the ocean on concrete or wooden stilts. All the bars, restaurants and shops are within a few minutes walking distance, including ATM’s. A 24 hour 7/11 is close by along with numerous local shops for day-to-day supplies. Old Town is a fantastic location to base yourself while visiting Koh Lanta. Car and motorcycle rental is readily available to explore the rest of this beautiful island.
