The fine print
A fee for a mandatory New Year's Eve gala dinner at THB 3500 per person (adult) and THB 1750 per child (2.99 to 11.99 years old) on 31 December will be collected before arrival.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of THB 2,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
