The house is finely furnished and decorated. 200m² interior living space a large terrace and western kitchen suitable for families. House equipment: - Ground floor - dining room, living room, kitchen, bathroom and washing machine - First floor - 2 bedrooms with double bed (king-size bed, an additional bed can be added) 1 bathroom 1 outdoor shower on the terrace. The 2 other bedrooms are located in separate bungalows. The price includes electricity and water if used in a reasonable manner.
Hi, I'm a belgian national living on koh samui since 2007. I'm running a small IT services business aswell as scooter rental side business, i do speak French and English and i'm reachable on viber, whatsapp, line, skype etc . I'm an epicurian doubled with a gourmand, i do love refined things that stimulate taste buds. I'm a video game, japanese animation, japanese music, American tv series fan. Over the course of the years i came to meet the owner's son and have been appointed to manage the villa while they're away.
