Amazing world-class sea and island views. Modern architecture, clean lines, designer furnishings. Large infinity pool with separate kid's pool. A very large rooftop terrace with 270 degree views and ideal for events. Cinema room, fully-equipped air-conditioned gym, spa/massage room. Services include: include daily Asian or continental breakfast (one or the other for the whole group), maid service, English speaking Villa Manager, Thai Chef service for lunch and dinner. Food cost on guest account, provisioning fee from fresh market is 20% of food cost with min 300THB) Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 20% of grocery cost as a handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT. Provisioning is to be paid by cash on-site.
