Absolute beachfront-villa, right on the beach, by Siam Ocean. Beachfront-house in Ban Huay Yang, about 120 km south of Hua Hin. The house has lovely large spaces, spacious with room for two smaller families. Approximately 200 square meters with spacious living areas and with large comfortable patios. Views of the ocean to the east and the beautiful mountains of Burma in the west. The house has three spacious bedrooms with comfortable King-Size beds and their own bathroom with shower. Downstairs has an open floor plan with a large well-equipped kitchen. In the ground floor there is also a laundry room with washer and dryer. Dining there for six people in the kitchen inside the house. And a dining area on the patio facing the sea. Extra chairs available if you get more for dinner. In the lower floor where the dining and living room is also where the air conditioning and fan. The swimming pool is approx, 25 meters long with a separate children's pool. shared by ten houses. There is a good fitness in the area. The house, on the patio facing the sea, is a small jacuzzi. Perfect for kids to splash in the comfortable look. Fast internet included, for one or more computers. Welcome!
The absolute beachfront villa is located 340 km from Bangkok and 120 km from Hua Hin. We can help with pre-booking taxi bus to pick you up at the airport. You pay directly to the driver upon arrival. The trip takes about 3.5 hours. Once there, waiting swimming and many attractions. It is 3 km to a beautiful national park that extends far into Burma with beautiful walking paths and several waterfalls. There are nice markets to visit in the village and in nearby towns. Hua Hin is 1.5 hours drive from the house and offers everything a big city can be. In the village of Ban Hua Yang has everything you need for everyday use with most small shops and restaurants. There is also a registered nurse in the village.
