'VILLA AVA' is located at Sunset Cove Beach, just opposite to the Six Senses Hotel Resort. The villa has the perfect location for beach-lovers ! You will love the ambiance, the security and the peaceful neighborhood, also the natural light that fills all the rooms, the finishings and furnishing style and the comfortable beds and all the amenities. The villa has a private INFINITY POOL. The Villa is perfect for families, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and groups of friends.

'Villa Ava' is located in the most prestigious and peaceful area of Koh Samui; Plai Laem Soi 7, which is situated in the north-eastern part of the island. The villa is close to four beaches, the nearest beach is Tongson only a 100 meter walk from the villa. Villa Ava enjoys panoramic views of the Gulf of Thailand and the neighboring islands of Koh Som, Koh Phangan, Angthong Marine Park and is located next to the famous Sixth Senses Luxury Resort. Location: To swimming beach: 100 м To the shops: 4 км (in Choeng Mon) To the big shopping mall and supermarkets: 8,4 км To the fish and vegetable market: 5 км To mini golf: 1 км Beaches: The villa is located at Tongson Beach - it's 150 meters walk to the water. 1) Samrong Bay Beach, is located only 1 km from the villa.
