Property info

LOUMA features four spacious suite-style bedrooms and an infinity pool! Ideally situated in Chaweng Noi, close to the vibrant Chaweng center, it provides a peaceful and tranquil environment. This modern and expansive villa is perfectly equipped to accommodate two families comfortably. With 150 m² of living space and a 140 m² terrace, you'll enjoy a sense of freedom and well-being throughout your stay.

Neighborhood info

Chaweng beach is probably one of the prettiest on the island with translucent water. Other beaches are less than 3 km away like Silver beach or Chrystalbay. The secure residence is very quiet. 7 Eleven and other services within 1km. Access to the beach on foot very easy no steep road or other. A scooter or a car is of course necessary to visit the island. But then again we will be addressing you to professionals.
