Beautiful 3-bedroom villa with 2 bathrooms and an ample living room/kitchen. Amazing seaview and great location. Shared pool with the complex. Attention: there are stairs to reach the house; it's not suitable for people with health problems or physical injuries/limitations. House Rules – Please Read • No parties or events • No pets • Quiet hours after 10:00 PM • Smoking only on the balcony (5,000 THB fee if smoking inside) • No extra guests / no sleepovers • No barbecue • Please do not move furniture Towels are for shower use only (not for beach, floor cleaning, or makeup removal). Important notes: • Stairs are required to access the house • A house is located in front; the balcony still offers a sea view Check-out: Please leave the house tidy and dispose of garbage in the bins downstairs to avoid extra cleaning charges.
