By booking to this villa we assume that you have read and agreed to the CONTRACT CONDITIONS : 1- A 30% deposit is required within 3 days from the booking time if the booking is made over 30 days from the check in date and we reserve the right to cancel the booking if the deposit is not paid . The balance of the booking will need to be paid at your 'check in' in cash in Thai bahts. 2- Cancellation fees for any reason are 50 % before and after check in . We require to hold 1 original passport in our safe until check out OR a sum of 10,000 bahts that will be returned at check out. SERVICES NOT INCLUDED and PAYABLE at 'checkout' : 1-Electricity is payable by our guests when they leave calculated by meter reading from 'check in' to 'check out' at 7 bahts per kw. 2-VILLA SERVICE FEE : 2000 thai bahts per each stay payable at check out. (laundry and deep cleaning after check out) We provide 24h assistance and you can request at anytime detailed cleaning as we will follow your instructions. However we will not accept cancellations or give refund on the basis of cleaning or any other minor problem that can be solved in a reasonable time.
FULL CONCIERGE ...ALL our previous guests loved us because WE ARE super nice smiling funny people and extremely available to help much much beyond the normal duties that all other villas can offer .. we live in the basement at the Villa and we are always available 24h for anything you need or any emergency and we will do our very best to ensure you are having a wonderful time in Koh Samui. We always are very happy to share our knowledge of Koh Samui about lovely restaurants and best beaches and what to discover on this beautiful island We speak English, Italian, french, spanish We upgraded the villa with amazing features that most of villas in Samui don't have: WATERFALLS in the pool, ENDLESS POOL current machine to swim endlessy against the current, fantastic 6 people JACUZZI with speechless views, POOL TABLE, SOCCER TABLE, HUGE TV, night club SOUND SYSTEM, CHESS GAME ROOM and LED LIGHTS throught the villa including outdoor, kitchen and under the beds,
