Built in 2025, this brand-new villa consists of two independent pavilions, blending natural materials, soft tones, and contemporary design. INCLUDED SERVICES - A manager available at all times to attend to your needs and requests. - Cleaning and linen/towel changes every 4 nights - Pool maintenance twice a week. - Wifi. - Welcome fruit basket and cold drinks upon arrival. - Monthly pest control. Not included: - Electricity, charged at 9 THB/unit with meter readings at check-in and check-out. Electricity consumption mainly depends on the use of air conditioning. The more you use the AC in the bedrooms and common areas, the higher the electricity cost. For a comfortable and cost-effective stay, we recommend using it moderately and turning off appliances when rooms are not in use. The villa is located on a fairly steep road, but with a suitable car and an experienced driver, there’s no problem. For extra convenience, we also have regular taxis that can easily reach the villa. If you don’t rent a car, we strongly recommend using our taxi service. We are always available to answer any questions regarding access to ensure your arrival is smooth and stress-free. Our manager will gladly share their local knowledge and expertise to make your stay unforgettable, including must-visit spots, the most beautiful beaches, unique activities, and hidden gems you wouldn’t have discovered on your own.
