Fully Renovated in 2023 Located along a peaceful beachfront in Lipa Noi, Villa U is a beautifully-designed residence that features a private 20-yard infinity pool and full-time staff to cater guests' needs. Free WiFi is provided. Fully furnished with all the modern necessities and more, Villa U's living area features floor-to-ceiling glass windows that allow natural light to shine in, as well as providing unobstructed sea views. It has a fully-fitted kitchen with an oven, a dining table and plenty of seating areas. The wooden pool deck and terrace has outdoor furniture, while the large bathrooms are luxurious. There is also a spa bath. Guests staying at this luxurious property enjoy the comfort of having a free airport transfer service. Important Information: This a 3-bedroom private property offer two flexible pricing options. • 3-bedroom rate (up to 6 adults) • 1-bedroom rate (up to 2 adults) If you book the 1-bedroom option, the remaining bedrooms will be locked, but you will still get the entire villa to yourselves with full access to all amenities. You will enjoy absolute privacy, and there is strictly no sharing with other guests.

Lipa Noi beach is on the West coast of Koh Samui, approximately 40 minutes drive from Samui Airport and the bustling tourist centre, Chaweng and 20 minutes from Lamai. Villa U is located on a quite private beach. There are several local and international dining options in the area, including the world famous "Nikki beach", which hosts regular events with international DJs. Our "Villa Manager" will be pleased to recommend various restaurants according to your tastes. Villa U is located on Lipa Noi beach, on the Western-side of Samui island. The beach has fine white sand and there are no rocks or coral in the water, making it one of the best beaches for kids on the island. The water is also very shallow for up to 100 metres out.
