Recently renovated and designed for privacy and inspiration, Villa Whitney was named in honour of the legendary Whitney Houston - a sanctuary that carries the spirit, love, and timeless elegance. Wake to birdsong, spend your days by the pool, end them under the stars. The Villa of 200 sq.meters is fully air conditioned. Each bedroom is with double bed and private bathroom. The Master bedroom has also a big bath tube. The territory is fenced. For our property: Electricity is not included in the accommodation price and is charged separately at THB 8 per kWh, based on the official meter readings recorded at check-in and check-out. The villa is supplied with water by tanker (2000 litres). The initial water supply is provided before arrival. Any additional water deliveries requested during the stay are charged separately (350 THB in cash upon delivery). The house water tanks is to be filled each 4-5 days (depending on how you use it) with delivered most clearest water on the island. High-speed Wi-Fi and weekly housekeeping are included. Linen changes and laundry services during your stay are not included. The THB 20,000 security deposit is mandatory and must be paid in cash upon arrival. Check-in cannot be completed until the required security deposit has been received. The security deposit is not applied toward payment for accommodation, utilities, or any other services. Electricity charges and, if applicable, the cost of any damage must be paid separately in cash before departure. Once all outstanding charges have been settled and the villa has been inspected, the full security deposit is refunded. Parties and gatherings are prohibited. Unregistered visitors are not allowed without prior authorization and would constitute a violation of our House Rules.

I have my own travel business and also I'm a producer. I produce concert shows with great music. One day Whitney Houston had influenced me that much. Today this villa is named after her name.

The location is very calm and safe as it is only 4 other villas around with good neighbors. It's a little up to the hill overlooking the deep jungles and not every Thai person knows there are houses in that place. And this is perfect as it is still very close (just 5-10 mins walk) to the buzzing island life - shopping, wet market, restaurants, beaches and night life. Big Tesco supermarket is very near. Banks, 7eleven and Family Mart are down the road. Lamai Beach (15 mins walk), Silver Beach (about 2 km, 3 mins ride) Multiple restaurants at the beaches of Lamai and along the road. One of the biggest supermarkets Tesco Lotus is in 10 mins walk. One of the main island roads behind the villa connects Lamai beach and Maenam beach on the north of the island through the mountains with meautiful scenery.
