Recently built, this sleek 150 square meters boutique villa offers a flawless blend of pop art and cosmopolitan design with iconic furnishings. The architectural details, open floor plan, straight lines, flow and natural light make this a glamorous and soothing home ideal for entertaining and relaxation. Important note: there is a cat on the property. Safety Information: For a safe and pleasant stay, please be aware that the swimming pool is deep and unfenced, so caution is advised. The property is not suitable for children under 12. The upstairs and stairs railing have a minimalist design that is safe for adults but not suitable for children without supervision. Additionally, tiled floors may become slippery when wet, so please walk carefully.
