We offer a spacious bright and richly furnished 140 square meters (1500 square feet) condo offering a splendid sea view and a luxury finish. This apartment offers a very good layout: modern and highly equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with dressing room, very large living room, dining room, bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, a laundry room and a balcony with a sea view. is new and very well maintained. Strong points: - Building with sea view. - High end finish and refined furniture. - Ideal for couples, families and can accommodate up to 4 people - Very calm district and in full tourist zone of the city of Sousse.

Located in the heart of the wonderful city of Sousse and more particularly in Kantaoui, The Building is located near several cafes & restaurants, banks, grocery stores and fuel station. Within a radius of 2-3 Km, you can find the harbor marina El-Kantaoui one of the most important seaside resorts of Tunisia, a magnificent golf course, a water park as well as Bars / Clubs. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the mythical Medina of Sousse is less than 8 km away. Several tourist attractions are also available: museums, the Grand Mosque, cruises, etc. Public and private transport available 150 meters from the apartment. Taxis are not expensive and offering an easy way for your trips The costs of renting cars in Tunisia are very affordable
