This decision was made following several guests who simply did not show up in the past, resulting in numerous unnecessary trips for our family and friends, who always do their best to warmly welcome you to our home. Thank you for your understanding! Swimming Pool: The Mariam residence has a swimming pool with two pools, officially open in July and August. This pool is managed by the property manager, and we therefore decline all responsibility in the event of a problem. For your information, there was a 15-day delay in 2024, so the pool was open from July 15th to September 15th. However, it was particularly well maintained during this period, and we all enjoyed it! Accommodation: This duplex, strictly non-smoking indoors, consists of three bedrooms upstairs, a small bathroom on the ground floor and a large one upstairs, as well as a comfortable living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen. It also includes a small garden on the residence side and a terrace in front of the entrance. Each room has air conditioning, heating, and is protected by mosquito nets. It is close to all shops and allows you to walk to Plage des Citronniers in 10-15 minutes. Finally, the (public) side driveway in front of the entrance provides parking.
