Our guest house was built in the traditional style of a castle and has three guest rooms, (3 double rooms and one single room), a large kitchen, pantry, dining room, living room with TV, a tower room (library not yet finished) and two bathrooms Shower, toilet and a bathtub. There is a fountain in the spacious atrium that cools the temperature pleasantly

We are two partners and have founded an oasis in the desert together. With an 80 m deep well we produce fresh water for our agricultural holiday apartment project.

The location of the castle is fantastic. It is located about 1.5 km away from the Little Atlas in the Sahara plain and has a clear view of the sunrise and sunset. The nearest neighbor is 500 m away and the town of Chebika is approximately 3.5 km away. It is 450 km (asphalt road) to Tunis, 357 km (asphalt road) to Houmt Souk on Djerba and 50 km (asphalt road) to the district town of Touzer. Activities: In the immediate vicinity there are three mountain oases with springs, Mides with an enchanting large gorge on the border with Algeria, Tamerza and Chebika enchant with their breathtaking beauty and uniqueness. In the small atlas you can find countless fossils, shells and shark teeth from a time when the big sea was still here. There is a lot on offer for off-road lovers and this hobby can be enjoyed to the fullest. Day trips are possible, for example, to Chott El Jerid (North Africa's largest salt lake) or to the gate of the desert in Douz. Omg Jemel is a place in the desert between Touzer and Nefta, where the setting of the “Star Wars” city of Tatooinem is located. The interior shots were taken in Matmata, which is a city in the mountains with Berber cave dwellings, 250 kilometers away and easily accessible via asphalt road. Sbeitla with its magnificent Roman ruins is 270 km away from our castle. The Sahara is a place of silence and peace, it holds many secrets, sights and surprises.
