Please take a notice that our Villa has TWO apartments with separate entrances, so you may have neighbours at the other floor. At the first floor there is a grand four rooms apartment: living room, dining room, two covered terrases with sea view, three bedrooms, bathroom and shower room, fooly equiped kitchen. Downstairs there is a more cosy apartment for a family of five persons maximum: living room, dining room, bedroom, kitchen and shower room. Outdoor there is a garden, an open terrace with barbecue and eating area to enjoy your meal outdoors; also a secure indoor parking for up to 3 vehicules. The open spaces are to share with eventual guests of the other floor apartment. You are welcome to the home of your dream. P.S. In mid and high season accommodation requires a 50% prepayment.
