Der Gastgeber ist seit 30 Jahren Hotelier. Neben dem Arrk Homes Apart Hotel verfügt er auch über ein 4-Sterne-Hotel am Meer in Kemer, das mit All-Inclusive-System arbeitet. Besonders am Herzen liegt ihm aber der Individualtourismus weshalb er 2018 gemeinsam mit seiner Frau das Arkk Homes Apart Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Altstadt Antalyas eröffnete.

In den speziell eingerichteten Wohnungen sind Waschmaschinen, Trockner, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowellengeräte, Bügeleisen, Bügelbretter und alle anderen Küchengeräten sowie Küchenutensilien vorhanden. Es gibt auch eine Lobby-Rezeption und eine Raucher-Terrasse. Die Kapazität des Personen-Aufzugs beträgt 8 Personen. Direkt neben den Arkk Homes Apart befindet sich ein privater Parkplatz für die Gäste. Der Parkplatz und die öffentlichen Bereiche werden von Sicherheitskameras überwacht.

Die Anlage befindet sich etwa 100 m vom historischen Hadrianstor (üç kapilar), das früher der Eingang zur Altstadt war, entfernt an der Atatürk Cad.
