This property was established in 2020, one of nine Villa Gencal properties in Ayder, Rize. The first three villa were established in 2016, with a passion and vast previous experience in hospitality, backed with a selected team of multiple cultures and backgrounds. Located in Ayder Yaylasi in the Black Sea region, Ayder Gencal Villa sits on the Kavran Creek riverside. Away from city rumble, this unique location provides an experience filled in its essence with the peaceful and calming beauty of nature. The private and much thought of floor plan provides a cozy and comfortable accommodation for both large families and young couples. Two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer, a fully equipped open-plan American kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and a large refrigerator, that is open to the dinning and seating area which includes a Smart TV for your at home entertainnment experience, a closed balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee while surrendering your senses to the relaxing richness of nature. While the large front terrace is perfect for evening barbeques or an outdoor cozy dinner.
