Hello, I’m Kerim Durmaz. I was born and raised in Antalya and have been actively working in tourism, real estate and construction for many years. I am the developer and operator of the Paradise Town Villa complex, which consists of 119 villas. Our concept is simple: to provide guests with private, comfortable and well-maintained villas where they can feel at home while enjoying a holiday. Together with my team, we personally manage all villas, ensuring quality standards, cleanliness and guest satisfaction. We are not a third-party management company — this is our own project, built and operated by us. In addition to villa rentals, we also offer airport transfers with our own vehicles, car rental services and optional daily tours. Our goal is to make your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible from arrival to departure. We enjoy hosting guests from all over the world and always aim to provide a reliable, transparent and welcoming experience.

The villa offers unlimited fiber internet (100 Mbps), a private swimming pool (4x8 m), sunbeds, umbrella and a spacious garden area designed for comfort and privacy. A separate children’s pool is also available, making it ideal for families. ⚠️ ELECTRICITY AND WATER CONSUMPTION ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. These are charged according to meter readings. Readings are taken together at check-in and check-out, and must be paid IN CASH upon departure. No invoice is provided for these utilities. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, balcony and air conditioning. The ground floor features a spacious living room, open-plan kitchen, guest WC and a veranda. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and kitchenware. Towels, bed linens, sunbeds and umbrella are provided. The villa is located between Belek and Kadriye, 2 km from The Land of Legends, 3 km from the beach and 27 km from Antalya Airport. Perfect for families and couples looking for a private and relaxing holiday.
