The Datca Peninsula is located in southwestern Turkey, where the Aegean Sea meets the eastern Mediterranean Sea and impresses guests with its beautiful landscape and clear water quality. We are pleased to welcome you to our recently renovated villa with its own private pool in the center of Datça. In June 2020 our house was renovated and opened to serve all needs of our guests. The Triplex-Villa with 4 bedrooms, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, and 3 toilette has a 7-bed capacity. This villa offers a very nice holiday experience for families with children and for those who want to spend a holiday with a group of friends. We have considered all the needs of our guests very carefully when designing and arranging our house. In the living room there are 140inc LEDTV, Wi-Fi Internet, chimney, air conditioning, sofa group and dining table. Bedroom number 1 has a double bed, private bathroom and air conditioning. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have 2 single beds and air conditioning. Bedroom number 4 has a single bed. Each room is furnished with various wardrobes, bedside tables, etc. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of utensils that may be needed.

Location: Our house is located in a place where you can easily reach all the necessary shops for your needs in walking distance without the need for a car. In a couple of minutes, you will find a bakery, a grocery store, a market, a bus station, where basic needs can be satisfied in a short distance, while the house is only 750 meters away from the sea. The terrace of the villa has a very nice view of the sea to enjoy time with your friends or family. Besides the wonderful nature, the sea and the landscape that Datca offers, you can also have a delightful time at home, either sunbathing by the pool, barbecuing with the family or enjoying the spectacular sea view from the terrace.
