SELF CATERING HOLIDAY VILLA IN DALYAN Villa | 4 bedrooms | Sleeps 8+2 A superb modern 4-bedrooms villa in one of the most beautiful areas of south west Turkey. Set in a quiet residential area of the town, the villa is fitted out to the highest standards. Dalyan is set on the winding Dalyan River that flows between the Mediterranean Sea and Lake Koycegiz. The town is a short 5 minute walk from the apartment and offers a wide range of shops and riverside restaurants to suit every taste. A short boat ride will take you to the beautiful Iztuzu (Turtle) Beach. The villa has been individually furnished to a very high standard with all modern amenities including air conditioning and Fans, marble floors, balcony's in every room and a well equipped bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, electric kettle and toaster. Size:Sleeps up to 8+2, 4 bedrooms, large sitting room, kitchen and bathroom. Four large balconies in front, and one in each bedroom Nearest beach: Iztuzu or Turtle beach Will consider: Long lets, or minimum 6 nights. As a world heritage site, you can marvel at the wildlife that you see from Kingfishers and sea eagles to storks nestling on the telegraph poles and the giant loggerhead Carretta Carretta Turtle which breeds here in the summer months. The river is the access to the 5 KM golden sand Iztuzu beach (voted in the best 10 beaches of the world) and also take a river taxi out onto the lake for an evening watching the shooting stars or travel across to the village of Koycheciz where the folds of the mountain range that ends in the Himalayas start. There is a new ski centre at Seki which is less than 2 hours away so you can both ski and sunbathe in the winter on the same day. We can arrange all activities from cycling, horse riding, gullet cruises, snorkelling, fishing, scuba, white water rafting etc. The area is also famous as an archeological site of ancient ruins and lycient cliff tombs and is the home of mud baths and natural sulphur bathing springs. Absolutely loads to do. 20 KM from Dalaman Airport, car not essential as the village is walking distance to the centre where 60 restaurants await and dozens of activities. 50 Metres from the river and 500 metres village centre 1
