The apartments are constructed to an exceptionally high standard. From the overall quality of the building to the design of the rooms, you will find this place exceptionally beautiful. The apartments are conveniently located in the heart of the city, where you will find an abundance of shops, banks, and restaurants. It is approximately a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 15-minute walk to the old town.

Elia Apartment is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the beach and Side coastal road. The surrounding area offers a variety of amenities, including restaurants, a supermarket, McDonald's, Burger King, various stores, banks, a currency exchange office, and a minibus and taxi stand.
