2) SUBJECT This agreement covers the provision of accommodation and transfer services, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties. 3) PRICE AND PAYMENT All prices include taxes. The deposit is non-refundable. 4) SERVICE INFORMATION Service details are specified in the HOTEL’s promotional channels. 5) PRICE CHANGE Prices and conditions cannot be changed after the reservation is confirmed. 6) TRANSFER OF RESERVATION Reservation transfer and name changes are not allowed. 7) CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION • The deposit is non-refundable. • In case of no-show, the deposit can be used within 1 month. • No refund is made for early check-out. • For promotional sales, no refund is made except in cases of force majeure. 8) TERMINATION If the HOTEL cancels without a justified reason, any damage will be compensated.
