When backpacking in Turkey in 1984 I fell in love with Selcuk and have been living and working here ever since then, the reasons I stayed are simple, beautiful small town, lovely friendly people, fantastic weather, close to the beach and many wonderful cultural sites on the doorstep. After all these years I still love the place and could not think of any place I'd rather live : )

Gorgeous private house situated in a stunning garden, Sleeps 5 in two spacious bedrooms, modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and outside dining patio. Swimming pool shared with next doors Goldsmith House, the pool is located in Goldsmith House back garden, a stone throw from Garden House. Situated only 5 minutes walk from the centre of town where you can find many restaurants, cafes, bars and plenty of shops both grocery and interesting shops for browsing. Garden House is located in a pretty and quiet neighbourhood a stroll from St John's Church, Artemis Temple, Isabey mosque and a 20 minutes walk to Ephesus, a perfect location for a very comfortable stay. The local beach is situated only 7 km away, a lovely 14 km long quiet sandy beach.

Garden House is surrounded by the most beautiful sites in Selcuk, all are within a 3-minute walk from the property including St John's Church, Isabey mosque, Artemis Temple, the Ephesus museum and Ephesus and The Virgin Mary's House, Sirince ( Greek village ) all a short distance away. Selcuk is a lovely small town with many good restaurants, cafes, bars, interesting shops, banking and all that is necessary for a comfortable stay.
