Karaöz Gelidonya Pansiyon
Our story goes back long before the official opening of our guesthouse in 2009. Our host, Kerim, used to welcome local and international travelers walking the Lycian Way when there were no tourism facilities in the region. He generously hosted them in his home without accepting any payment in return.
Since hosting guests has always been one of our family’s most cherished traditions, this beautiful journey led to the establishment of Gelidonya Pansiyon, built on the advice of close friends. Kerim, who has countless memories and stories from the Lycian Way, proudly displays the awards he received for helping lost hikers and the antique items he has carefully preserved from his childhood. You can see them all during your stay.
Today, Gelidonya Pansiyon offers professional service in a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. It is a favorite stop for Lycian Way hikers and nature lovers. Being just a 3-minute walk from the beach makes our location even more unique.
