Newly built luxury villa on the edge of Gümüşlük’s protected archaeological zone — one of the Bodrum Peninsula’s most peaceful and authentic corners. The villa offers 5 bedrooms, an infinity pool with panoramic sea views, a whirlpool, sauna, landscaped garden, and a private staff apartment — designed for guests who want space, privacy and quality. A 5-minute walk along a scenic coastal path leads to Gümüşlük’s historic harbour, passing ancient columns and ruins of the ancient city of Myndos. The village itself is car-free, known for its fish restaurants, art scene and unhurried atmosphere. Yalikavak Marina — with its superyachts, boutiques and restaurants — is 10–15 minutes by car.

Gümüşlük is unlike anywhere else on the Bodrum Peninsula. Built over the ancient city of Myndos, the village sits within a protected archaeological zone — which means no mass development, no high-rises, and a coastline that has stayed largely unchanged for decades. The harbour is a 5-minute walk from the villa along a coastal path that passes ancient columns and submerged ruins. The village itself is car-free at its centre, lined with fish restaurants, small galleries and a relaxed bohemian atmosphere that attracts artists, writers and those looking to escape the crowds. Yalikavak Marina — one of the Aegean’s premier superyacht destinations with high-end dining and boutiques — is 10–15 minutes by car. Bodrum town centre with its castle, bazaar and nightlife is around 25 minutes. For those who want the best of both worlds: total peace at the villa, everything else within easy reach.
