Our place is a seaside bed & breakfast located in the peaceful area of Sazlı Altı, Ayvacık. With just a few carefully designed rooms, we focus on offering calm, comfort, and a deep connection with nature. Guests can enjoy private balconies with garden or sea views, direct access to our private beach, and breakfast served daily by the water. We aim to create a relaxed, boutique experience — not a hotel feel, but something much more personal and local.

Neighborhood info

The neighbourhood is quiet and surrounded by nature, right along the Aegean coast. We’re just a short drive from well-known cultural and natural spots like Assos Ancient Harbor, Yeşilyurt Village, Adatepe, Kayalar Village, and the famous Kaz Mountains. Whether you want to swim, hike, explore history, or just relax and watch the sunset over Lesvos Island, this area has something for everyone. It’s peaceful, beautiful, and full of character.
