The private beach has a bar & restaurant that operates from mid-May to late October. Entrance Level The entrance level features a spacious and beautifully designed living area with panoramic sea views, a fully equipped modern kitchen with Gaggenau Appliances, a guest WC, and seamless access to the private pool and landscaped garden—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Upper Floor The upper level hosts three ensuite bedrooms offering privacy, comfort, and serene views. Lower Level The lower level includes an additional living room, a kitchen, a guest WC, and three en-suite bedrooms, making it ideal for families, extended stays, or groups seeking extra space and privacy. One of the three lower-level en-suite bedrooms is located inside the main building. The other two en-suite bedrooms are located along the private corridor leading to the villa’s private parking garage. While these two bedrooms are not inside the main building, they are easily accessible from both the villa and the garage. This villa offers a perfect blend of luxury, privacy, and resort-style amenities, making it an exceptional choice for an unforgettable stay by the Aegean Cost Line. Designed for comfort, space, and elegance, the villa is located within an exclusive resort featuring a state-of-the-art gym, sauna, and massage room, all available for your use. We can also arrange private yoga, Pilates, and fitness instructors, as well as professional massage therapists, upon request.
