The villa is new 2 + 1, fully equipped with appliances, furniture, utensils, linens, and in everything you need for relaxation and life! And: Two separate bedrooms on the second floor. Kitchen and living room with a chic veranda on the ground floor. From the veranda you can immediately go to the pool Near the villa there is a private free parking with automatic gates.
Near mountains, a canyon, a mountain river, hiking mountain paths in the forest. It is quiet around, orange orchards, birds sing. All shops within walking distance, cool bakery and supermarkets.
