Together with my team, we provide professional villa rental management, airport transfers with our own vehicles, and car rental services to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. We are always available to assist our guests before and during their stay.

The villa offers 500 Mbps unlimited fiber internet and a backup water tank with a pressure booster system, ensuring uninterrupted water supply even during possible outages. ELECTRICITY AND WATER CONSUMPTION ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. THESE ARE CHARGED BASED ON ACTUAL USAGE ACCORDING TO THE METERS AND MUST BE PAID IN CASH AT CHECK-OUT. METER READINGS ARE TAKEN TOGETHER AT CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT. NO INVOICE CAN BE PROVIDED FOR THESE UTILITIES. Villa Abel is a spacious 4-bedroom villa located between Kadriye and Belek. The villa offers over 240 m² of living space, including a rooftop terrace, providing a comfortable and private stay.
