We built and manage the Paradise Town Villa complex, which consists of 119 villas. Together with my team, we provide rental management, airport transfers with our own vehicles, and car rental services to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay for our guests.

The villa offers 500 Mbps unlimited fiber internet and a 1-ton backup water tank with a pressure booster system, ensuring uninterrupted water supply even during outages. ELECTRICITY, WATER AND GAS CONSUMPTION ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. THESE ARE CHARGED BASED ON ACTUAL USAGE ACCORDING TO THE METERS AND MUST BE PAID IN CASH AT CHECK-OUT. METER READINGS ARE TAKEN TOGETHER AT CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT. NO INVOICE CAN BE PROVIDED FOR THESE UTILITIES. The villa features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room, an open-plan kitchen, and a terrace. All bedrooms are fully furnished with double or single beds, wardrobes, and essential furniture. Outside, there is a private swimming pool with sunbeds and an umbrella, surrounded by a garden. The villa is located between Belek and Kadriye, with easy access to beaches, golf courses, and local attractions. Public transport is available nearby, and car rental options are also provided.
