Hello, I’m Kerim Durmaz. I was born and raised in Antalya and have been working in tourism, construction and real estate for many years. We are the developer and operator of the Paradise Town Villa complex, consisting of 119 villas. Together with our team, we personally manage all villas to ensure quality, cleanliness and guest satisfaction. We also offer airport transfers, car rental and optional tours to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The villa offers unlimited fiber internet (100 Mbps), a private swimming pool, sunbeds, umbrella, private parking and a spacious garden area designed for comfort and privacy. The villa also features a backup water tank for uninterrupted water supply and a natural gas system. ⚠️ ELECTRICITY AND WATER CONSUMPTION ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. These are charged according to meter readings. Readings are taken together at check-in and check-out, and must be paid IN CASH upon departure. No invoice is provided for these utilities. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning and comfortable double beds. There are 3 bathrooms in total. The ground floor features a spacious living room, open-plan kitchen, guest WC and direct access to a veranda that can be fully enclosed with a folding glass system. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. Towels and bed linens are provided. The private swimming pool is surrounded by a green garden, offering a peaceful and private atmosphere. The villa is located between Belek and Kadriye. The Land of Legends is 2 km away, the beach is 3 km and Antalya Airport is 27 km. Perfect for families with children and couples looking for a private and relaxing holiday.
