Our villa comprises three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a separate toilet; the master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom. While the living room and master bedroom are air-conditioned, the other bedrooms are equipped with fans. Thanks to its location, the villa enjoys a cool and airy atmosphere. The master bedroom contains a large bed and a baby cot. Of the other two bedrooms, one features a large bed and a floor mattress, while the third is furnished with two single beds suitable for young people. The sofas in the living room can be converted into beds. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and kitchenware. The house includes a television with cable/wireless broadcasting and Google TV capabilities. Unlimited Wi-Fi access is provided. The property is equipped with a fire detector and fire extinguishers. The building features a security camera system and a first aid kit, and the outdoor area is fully enclosed; amenities also include seating and dining areas, a sheltered relaxation corner, a tea/coffee maker, and a TV. Our Salarha town is only 7 kilometers away from the center of Rize, you are here in just 9 minutes by car. Our roads are double lane asphalt roads. The region we are in is very close to Rize and there is a shuttle every 15 minutes. You can reach markets, patisseries and restaurants in 10 minutes on foot from our house. The petrol station, mosque, hospital are 900 meters away from our place. It is a very safe place, we are 800 meters away from the security forces and gendarmerie center.
