Our hotel is located in the very center of Göreme, the heart of Cappadocia, and is only a few minutes’ walk from the Göreme Open Air Museum. When you visit, you can see many beautiful historical churches. Especially the Dark Church is absolutely worth seeing. If you like, you can hike through Pigeon Valley all the way to Uçhisar. There you can visit Uçhisar Castle, the highest point in Cappadocia and a perfect place to watch the sunset. Another beautiful hiking route is from Rose Valley to Çavuşin. In Çavuşin, you can discover small hidden churches on the hills. You can also take a short bus ride to Avanos to watch pottery demonstrations, and even try making pottery yourself if you like 😊 By joining daily Cappadocia tours, you can visit underground cities, hike in the Ihlara Valley, and explore the Selime Monastery. On the way back, there is a photo stop with a stunning view of Pigeon Valley.
